Haul Master

These Terms govern your use of Haul Master — a cargo-hauling game where you plan routes, load trucks, and deliver on time. By installing or playing, you agree to these Terms. Also read our Privacy Policy.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Haul Master ("Company," "we," "us"). Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Some features may use an account or device-linked saves. Safeguard credentials; notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend compromised or abusive accounts.
Fleet progress, virtual items, and unlocks are licensed for personal entertainment and have no cash value outside any expressly offered withdrawal program.

Haul Master is a skill-based logistics experience: accept jobs, load cargo, choose routes, and deliver on schedule. Fair play keeps the yard fun for everyone.
We may reset progress, revoke rewards, or ban accounts that break these rules.

If reward or withdrawal features are offered, eligibility and timing are described in-app. Fraud or multi-accounting may void rewards. PayPal details are used solely for legitimate withdrawals per the Privacy Policy.
The free version may show ads via AppLovin and partners. Limit ad personalization in device settings. Partner practices are in the Privacy Policy.
Nicknames, feedback, or other submissions grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and promote Haul Master. Do not upload illegal or harmful material.
Haul Master — art, audio, UI, code, trademarks, and branding — belongs to the Company or licensors. Feedback may be used freely without obligation to you.
Online features rely on https://cak.haulmte.com/. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, or force majeure may limit access. Features may change or end at any time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAUL MASTER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50 if you paid nothing.
You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, risk to others, or service discontinuation. Uninstall anytime to stop. Surviving clauses (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) remain in effect.
Governed by the laws of the Company's principal place of business, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Courts there have exclusive venue for unresolved disputes, subject to non-waivable rights.
